BlinkPage는 카메라 영상과 읽는 화면을 서버로 보내거나 저장하지 않습니다. 인터넷은 Google AdMob 광고, AdMob 미디에이션을 통한 Unity Ads, 광고 동의 처리에 사용합니다.
사용자가 감지를 시작한 동안 전면 카메라 프레임을 기기 안에서 분석해 눈 동작 언어를 판정합니다. 각 프레임은 판정에 필요한 순간에만 메모리에서 처리하고 분석 직후 폐기합니다. 카메라 영상, 얼굴 이미지, 얼굴 특징점 및 눈 특징점은 서버나 광고 사업자에게 전송하지 않고 앱 파일로 저장하지 않습니다.
BlinkPage는 Google AdMob 배너 광고와 보상형 광고를 사용하며, AdMob 미디에이션을 통해 Unity Ads가 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. Google, Unity 및 광고 파트너는 광고 제공, 빈도 관리, 부정 사용 방지와 측정을 위해 광고 식별자, 기기 정보, 대략적인 지역, 광고 상호작용 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 카메라 영상, 얼굴·눈 특징점, 읽는 화면과 문장은 광고 사업자에게 전달하지 않습니다. 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 Google UMP 화면에서 선택할 수 있습니다.
보상형 광고 완료로 열린 24시간 이용권의 만료 시각, 광고 진행 상태와 읽기 방향 설정을 기기 로컬 저장소에 보관합니다. 첫 설치 시 무료 이용 시간은 제공하지 않으며, 남은 시간은 앱 종료, 백그라운드와 화면 잠금 중에도 실제 시간에 따라 줄어듭니다. 광고를 취소하거나 완료하지 못하거나 불러오지 못하면 이용 시간이 발급되지 않습니다. 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 지울 수 있습니다.
BlinkPage는 계정, 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 정밀 위치, 오디오, 파일, 읽기 앱의 화면·문장·도서 정보를 자체 서버에 수집하지 않습니다. BlinkPage는 자체 분석 서버나 사용자 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않습니다.

Effective August 29, 2026. BlinkPage analyzes front-camera frames only in device memory while detection is active and discards each frame immediately after processing. It does not upload or store camera frames, face images, eye landmarks, reading-app text, or screen content. The Accessibility Service sends horizontal page-turn gestures without retrieving window content. Internet access is used for Google AdMob banner and rewarded ads, Unity Ads served through AdMob mediation, and Google UMP consent choices. Google, Unity, and their advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, and ad interactions for ad delivery, measurement, frequency management, and fraud prevention. Camera frames, face or eye landmarks, reading-app text, and screen content are not sent to advertising providers. Local app data contains the expiry of the 24-hour access granted after one completed rewarded ad, ad progress state, and reading direction. No free access time is included on first install. Remaining time continues to elapse while the app is closed, in the background, or the screen is locked. Canceling, not completing, or failing to load the ad does not grant access time.
